#2 Pimm's Margarita Recipe - East Anglian Game & County Fair Cocktail Demo recipe

Our second cocktail designed and presented for this years East Anglian Game & Country Fair at the Euston Hall Estate.

We were delighted to be back for our second year, with our theme for 2025 as

'Staycation, the garden club'

Easy cocktail recipes for you to create and batch at home, perfect for something different for your guests when hosting with little work on the day.

Before lockdown, our company L.A Mixology was all about creating cocktail menus and training bar teams across East Anglia — bringing creativity and craft to a whole range of venues. L.A Mixology is still going strong today. We’ve helped business owners launch their own bars, connected them with trusted suppliers, and advised on everything from station layout to stock choices. And of course, we’re still shaking things up for restaurants, bars, and now weddings too, with cocktail table favours and pop-up bars.

L.A Mixology now proudly includes our own two bars — TipsyJar and J. Doe & Co — each offering a unique experience, both built on over a decade of hands-on experience in the world of bartending and bar operations.

This next recipe takes it back to the classic Pimm’s — a reminder that sometimes, the old favourites still do it best.

-Pimm's Margarita-

This cocktail is our summer in a glass no garden party is complete without Pimm's.

You will need to make a few things the night before to allow the full flavours to infuse and speed things up when your guests arrive.

  • Cucumber & Mint Tequila - Peel and dice ½ cucumber, 20 mint leaves washed, 70cl tequila Blanco, pinch of slat, pop all of this in large airtight container, leave for 24-48 hours, then strain. Keep in fridge.

  • 20ml Pimm’s
  • 25ml Strawberry syrup
  • 25ml Lemon juice
