We reserve the right to change the ingredients within any of our products without giving notice. Alongside, we reserve the right to withdraw any product without giving notice.

We take full care in ensuring our products are accurate as described. However, in the unlikely event that an error occurs with your order, or you are unhappy with the service provided by Tipsy Jar please contact us at hello@tipsyjar.co.uk

All gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of our products or services or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services.

We reserve the right to revise all terms and conditions on the website at any time.

Once you have accepted the delivery, we cannot accept any liability for any use of our products including but not limited to mixing with other ingredients, or personal consumption. Customers must be aware that alcohol should be consumed in moderation. 

With deliveries via Royal Mail, we use a tracked 24 hours service. Once a tracking number has been sent it becomes the Consumers responsibility to ensure receipt of delivery. 

If you do not collect your order on the day you have selected by close of business, you will be charged for the full amount and we cannot offer a change of collection day unless previously agreed.

Table bookings in the bar are subject to the advised time limit on booking.
