Our third cocktail designed and presented for this years East Anglian Game & Country Fair at the Euston Hall Estate.

We were delighted to be back for our second year, with our theme for 2025 as

'Staycation, the garden club'

Easy cocktail recipes for you to create and batch at home, perfect for something different for your guests when hosting with little work on the day.

Cocktail three

-Banana & Mango Colada-

This cocktail bring the beach club straight to your garden party. 

Creamy - Tropical - Fruity

Prep:

You will need to make a few things the a few days before to allow the full flavours to infuse and speed things up when your guests arrive. 

  • Banana peel white rum - 3 Banana peels, 1 bottle of white rum pinch of salt, leave 2 - 5 days to infuse. keep in fridge.
  • Mango puree - 1 mango, peeled no stone, 200g sugar, 200ml water, pinch of salt, blend until smooth and store in fridge.

Cocktail:

Start by filling your cocktail shaker, or if you don't have one of these, a left over TipsyJar from our TipsyJar @ Home collection works perfectly.

Add to your vessel: 

  • 35ml Banana peel white rum
  • 20ml Banana liqueur
  • 25ml Mango puree
  • 25ml Fresh orange juice
  • 25ml Pineapple juice
  • 50ml Coconut milk
  • 10ml Almond syrup (optional)

Top your shaker of choice with ice, close it up and shake.

Strain into tiki or highball glass

Garnish with pineapple leaves, pineapple, flowers, nutmeg (what ever you can get your hands on)
