Position: Floor Staff (Part time)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic part time member of our floor team to help serve at for our busy table service cocktail bar in the heart of Norwich. Bringing drinks to guests tables and taking orders from them directly.

As part of the team you will be given full training, and will be responsible for delivering a high quality experience to our guests.

Tipsyjar is a dynamic unique venue where we aim to create an experience for our guests unlike no other, so a passion for customer service is key, as well as the ability to retain lots of information and recite it back to guests. We are looking for a fun, energetic individual with a passion for customer service (and face to face interaction) and of course a love for cocktails always helps!

As a cocktail based company, basic knowledge of mixing spirits and a great memory is desirable.

Duties include greeting and seating, assisting with the cocktail menu, running drinks to tables/clearing tables, making sure every customer has a great experience. Team work and communication therefore essential.

You must have evidence of delivering great customer service, perform well under pressure, have a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience is preferred, but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Salary: £8.00-£9.50 per hour
